MagMirror Return Policy

General Return Policy

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    • Goods once sold cannot be returned, only replaced if found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
  2. Kickstarter and Related Platforms
    • If you purchase MagMirror through Kickstarter or any related crowdfunding platforms, their return policies and terms and conditions will apply to your order. Please refer to the specific return policy on the respective platform for more details.

Replacement Policy

  1. Eligibility for Replacement
    • You are eligible for a replacement if:
      • The product is defective.
    • To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Process for Replacement
    • To initiate a replacement request, please contact our customer support team at info@themagmirror.com with the following information:
      • Your order number.
      • A detailed description of the defect or damage.
      • Photos or videos of the defect or damage, if applicable.
    • Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
  3. Shipping of Replacement
    • Once your replacement request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the defective or damaged item.
    • After we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Conditions for Replacement

Non-Eligible Items for Replacement

  2. Wear and Tear
    • Items showing signs of wear and tear or cosmetic damage that do not affect the product’s functionality are not eligible for replacement.
